My concrete driveway needed to be lifted and shored up since voids developed over time and I already a hairline crack developing. Also some of the joints were loose and cracked, which was allowing water under the driveway.

Shout out to Seneca, Kendall, and James.  Seneca responded right away to look at the job and came back with a fair and reasonable estimate.

Seneca, Kendall, and James arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job fixing the driveway. They cleaned up the work site afterwards.

A year ago we were in coordination with James about our driveway and sidewalk that had major voids and cracks due to years of settling and they had a crew come out and do a phenomenal job fixing it! We had some minor settling and James said that it was covered under warranty and would have it fixed immediately. Today Kendall and Drayton came out and did a spectacular job as were very hardworking and kind individuals. I had a walkway that was raised and stabilized by another company and it did not last and Seneca and his team fixed it right.  Come to find out, I had a sprinkler head issue and Seneca assisted in detecting that so we got it fixed then his team fixed my walkway AND my driveway was hollow underneath in the majority of the drive based on the imaging machine Seneca used to diagnose the problem. I needed lifting/leveling of my front walkway and several areas of my pool deck. I got several quotes for both demolition/repour and foam lifting. Decided on Foundation Werks because they were the exact value balance I was looking for. They were highly rated and their quote was very competitive. From the beginning they were outstanding. James, project manager, was super friendly and patient and did a thorough evaluation and estimate. He explained the entire process and answered my questions with complete explanations. He was clearly very experienced with strong attention to detail.

Scheduling was smooth and on project day they kept me well informed on arrival. Their system even allowed me to track the team's arrival in real time. James himself came to supervise, direct and assist his team while they worked.

Shortly after the start, Seneca, the owner arrived to check on how everyone was doing and ended up staying to help and add his expertise. He was very professional and experienced as well as being meticulous and very detail oriented.

Everyone on else on the team (Kendall, Ed) was similarly polite, professional, hardworking and skilled

They did a fantastic job. And a day later after things settled a bit and when I noted a couple of areas that I thought maybe could use some adjustment, Seneca did not hesitate to send the team out again to take a look and make those adjustments. James and Kendall came out again with other technicians, Marin and Drayton.

I cannot express enough how pleasant, hard working and helpful everyone on the team was. They did an outstanding job, treated me and my wife respectfully and did it all at a very competitive price that was a fraction of what a demo/re-pour would have been. Seneca was on time for the estimate appointment and gave me a very detailed write up of the suggested repair. He found some issues that I was not aware of and I was able to get those issues addressed as well.

When it came time to do the work, the team the company sent out was on time and did an excellent job leveling my deck. They did a great job cleaning up the work site.
